# How it works

Four steps from a look you like to a live site. The first two cost nothing, and you see your own practice on a real page before you decide.

## The four steps

### Pick a design

Open the samples in your specialty and click through them on your phone. Try the colors.

### Get a free preview

Tell us the design you like. We put your practice name on it and send you the link.

### Talk for 15 minutes

We walk you through the preview and the pages you need, and answer your questions.

### Send content, go live

You send bios, photos, services and hours. We write the pages with you, and the site goes live a week later.

## What each step involves.

### 1. Pick a plan and a look

A plan is the set of pages a practice like yours needs, each written for a search patients type. A look is a finished design for that plan. Open the samples in the [gallery](https://hla-practice-gallery.yosefwolf1.workers.dev/) and try their palettes with the Colors button.

### 2. Ask for your free preview

Use the [preview form](https://practices.highleveragewebsites.com/preview/). Tell us the look, your practice name, town and specialty. We set your details on that look and send you the link.

### 3. A 15-minute call with Dr. Wolf

He walks you through the preview, the pages you need and what happens next. You get a written proposal that lists every fee before you sign.

### 4. Content, then launch

You send doctor bios, photos, services and hours. We write the pages with you and you approve them. The site goes live a week after we receive your content.

- Your old page addresses keep working. Every current page address is redirected to its new home before launch.

- Your words are yours. Practices can share a design, but each practice gets its own words, photos, and blog posts.

- A report every month. Every plan includes a monthly report.

- Fees in writing. Your written proposal lists every fee before you sign.

**What do you need from us?**

Doctor bios, photos, your services and your hours. We write the pages from a call with you, and you approve every word before launch.

**Do you write the pages or do we?**

We write them. You provide the clinical expertise; we write the content with your guidance and final approval.

**Who writes the blog posts on the SEO plans?**

We write each post for your practice under the practice byline. If a doctor reviews and approves a post, it can carry that doctor's name.

**Do you redirect our old pages?**

Yes. Every current page address is redirected to its new home before launch.
