Privacy policy
Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or ad trackers, and keeps what you send through the form only to reply to you.
What we collect
When you send the preview or call form, we receive what you type: the kind of request, your name, role, email, phone, practice name, specialty, current website, the look you chose and your message. We also store the date, the page you sent it from, your browser's user agent, a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit repeated sending, and a flag if the form was filled faster than a person types.
The short form on this page and on our accessibility statement asks only for your message and, if you choose, your email address. We store them with the same details listed above.
Our sample sites and our gallery of designs have a short request form of their own. It sends your name, practice name, email, phone, current website and message, with the design, specialty and page you were looking at, to the same database. That form also asks whether we may call or text you about your request, including with automated or AI-assisted calls; the box is optional, and we store whether you checked it.
How we use it
Only to reply to you about your practice website: to send a preview link, call times or the results of a site check. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is stored
Form entries are stored in a database in our own Cloudflare account. When a request arrives, we also send a copy of it by email to our own inbox, through Cloudflare's email service, so we can reply; the copy holds the same details, without your browser's user agent or the IP hash. Cloudflare also serves this website and processes requests to it. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
Cookies and tracking
Our pages and our form set no cookies, and the site loads no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, so there is no cookie banner. Cloudflare, which serves the site, can set a strictly necessary security cookie when it screens traffic for bots.
The site keeps a few short notes in your browser's session storage, which belongs to the open tab: whether the logo animation and the home page opening have already played in this tab, and, only between sending a form and a page that reports a problem with it, what you typed, so you do not have to type it again. The typed text is removed as soon as the page reads it back or the request goes through. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab, and none of it is sent to us.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after our last conversation unless you become a client.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, say so in the short form below and give the email address you used, so we can find your details. If you give an email address, we confirm by email.
